Hey Pat
Being a relative newbie I didn't know that you needed a converter to fill the house LPG. My tank is currently 3/4 full so it has not been an urgent issue.
If I fill at a garage then I pay more I assume.
I wouldn't know how one could fill the tank anywhere else with a vehicle of this size.
Oh well, I'll have to get an adapter then.
Do you leave the adapter on all the time or only when you fill?

Hi Steve

If you look at your LPG tank you will probably see a yellow plastic cap some times with a retaining chain if you unscrew it there is a large coarse thread, this is known as an amec connector, in order to fill with LPG in UK you will need a bayonet connector such as the one I am selling which screws onto the acme tank thread!

You can see here the bayonet adapter screwed on and the yellow cap dangling;

No I do not leave it on the tank I try to keep it in a safe place :oops: :oops: :oops: where i should remember where it isImageImage
