Hi Colin
When you submit the USA Title to the DVLA to register your vehicle, the DVLA then will gain a lot more information on that vehicle thats not on the Title.
That's why it normally takes about 7/10 to register, as I said if you give the LEZ the engine make and number they should have all the information on there system.
